You can delete your Pumpkin Portrait Stencils account and everything attached to it at any time.
This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your email address, all uploaded photos, all portraits and patterns, your credit balance and purchase records, and your sign-in sessions. There is no waiting period and it cannot be undone. Unused paid credits are lost, so ask for a refund first if you want one.
Email [email protected] from the email address on the account and ask for it to be deleted. We will confirm by reply and delete it within 7 days.
Payment records held by Stripe (our payment provider) are kept by Stripe for as long as financial regulations require. Server logs containing your IP address are deleted within 30 days as part of normal rotation.
