These terms cover your use of Pumpkin Portrait Stencils, run by Nathan Ward in the United Kingdom. By signing in you agree to them. Questions: [email protected].
The service makes a Halloween-styled portrait from a photo you upload and turns it into a printable pumpkin carving pattern. Each pattern is checked by our software against rules for carvability (no pieces that fall out, no cuts too thin at the printed size). That check is about the pattern on paper; how a carving turns out depends on the pumpkin, the tools and the carver, and we cannot guarantee the result.
You keep all rights to your photos. You give us permission to process them, including sending them to our AI provider, only to make your portrait and pattern. You must have the right to use any photo you upload; do not upload photos of other people without their agreement, or of children other than your own or those in your care.
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, to harass or defame anyone, or to make content that is sexual, hateful or violent. The AI provider's safety rules also apply and may decline some requests. We may close accounts that break these terms.
This is a small seasonal service. We aim to keep it running through October but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we may change or withdraw it. Unused paid credits will be refunded if the service closes.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond those, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Carving involves sharp tools; take care, and supervise children.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
